What You’ll Need
Have these ready before you start — the application asks for all of them:
- Registered business name and trading name
- ABN and type of business
- Business and postal addresses
- Contact details (phone, email)
- Full names and addresses of directors / proprietors
- A copy of the applicant’s driver’s licence
- Bank and branch details
- Three trade references (name, phone and fax for each)
- The credit amount you’re requesting
How It Works
- 1Download the application form (PDF to print, or Word to type).
- 2Complete and sign all sections, including the Terms of Trading acknowledgement.
- 3Return it to us by email at admin@notchka.com, with a copy of the driver’s licence attached.
- 4We review your application and check the trade references you’ve supplied.
- 5You’re set up — once approved, you can start ordering on account.
Please note: All accounts are subject to approval. The application includes Notchka’s full Terms of Trading, including retention of title and security provisions under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009 (PPSA). Please read these carefully before signing. Payment is due by the last working day of the month following the month of supply.
