Returns Policy

1. Your rights under the Australian Consumer Law

Nothing in this policy limits your rights under the Australian Consumer Law (ACL). Our goods come with guarantees that cannot be excluded under the ACL. Where a guarantee is not met, you may be entitled to a replacement, repair or refund for a major failure, and to compensation for any other reasonably foreseeable loss or damage. This policy applies in addition to those rights.

2. Returns we accept

Notchka accepts returns only where goods have been incorrectly supplied, short-supplied, or damaged in transit. We do not accept returns for change of mind or for goods incorrectly ordered by the customer, except where required by the Australian Consumer Law.

3. Returns require prior approval

Returns will not be accepted without prior notification and authorisation from Notchka. Before returning any goods, please contact us at admin@notchka.com or on 08 9443 3266 and provide the invoice number and date, the product details, and the reason for the return. We will then advise whether the return is approved and how to proceed.

4. Time limit for claims

Claims for short, incorrect or damaged deliveries must be made within seven (7) working days of receipt of goods, quoting the invoice number and date. Please retain all packaging and provide photographs where relevant, as this helps us resolve the claim quickly.

5. How returns are processed

Once a return is approved and the goods are received and inspected, we will arrange a replacement, credit or refund as appropriate. Credits are applied to your Notchka account. We aim to process approved returns promptly.

6. Title and risk

Title in goods does not pass to the buyer until payment has been received in full, and Notchka’s Terms of Trading (including provisions under the Personal Property Securities Act 2009) continue to apply. Please refer to the Credit Account Application for the full Terms of Trading.
